A new service coming to the Newark Liberty International Airport will make it possible to rent your car while you’re out of town after a flight. And creators of the concept are sweetening the deal for potential renters by offering a free car wash.

The company called FlightCar gives flyers the option of renting their vehicle out to other drivers while they’re away on business or a vacation. Those who opt to rent their vehicle will get a free car wash upon its return. They’ll also get free airport parking in the meantime for the duration of their trip.

Visitors to the airport offered mixed reviews when told about the new company. Some said they’d be willing to let a stranger take the wheel while others were less sure.

One man told 1010 WINS in New York he’d be willing to consider the option: “You can eat whatever, but no smoking,” he said. “I think it’s a way to utilize these parked cars that are sitting here. It’s a good idea in theory.”
