Here’s a good example of a bad way to do business. A customer at a Georgia car wash said she was outraged to find that a shop employee wrote a derogatory name on her receipt, which she discovered when she returned to her car to retrieve something.
The woman took her vehicle to All Seasons Car Wash and Lube for detailing services, but wasn’t happy with the job they did. The next day, she brought her car back, hoping for a redo on the $40 service.
She returned to her car shortly after dropping it off to retrieve medication for her daughter which had been left inside. That’s when she found a receipt on her windshield and a note saying “**** is crazy.”
“I started shaking, I started crying,” she told the Daily Mail. “I was like what is this. How do people operate like this? How do you treat customers this way?”
When she confronted the owner he said the employee who penned the note would be fired.
