The future of a risque car wash in Melborne, Australia, is up in the air as city leaders examine the laws governing the property and its permitted uses. The Kittens Car Wash is a business operated by a strip club in which bikini-clad dancers wash your vehicle for $10. The charge applies to vehicles of all sizes.

The Leader reports that the business has been in operation since 2006. A five-year lease signed in 2013 designates the property for mixed use. But the site was recently sold for $500,000 and now the business owners are wondering whether they’ll be allowed to continue their operation. Kittens strip club maintains a lease on the property and told the Leader they plan to continue with the washes this summer.

“As far as we’re concerned, in the immediate future nothing has changed,” said a spokesman who refused to be named.
