A car wash customer in Australia had just finished getting his car cleaned when he drove his new model Holden Commodore straight into a brick wall emblazoned with the car wash company’s logo.

When the damage was cleared, the wall read: “Thank you for visiting Dazzlers: 24 hour car…” A gaping black hole now punctuates the incomplete statement, according to photos published in local media.

According to a news report, the man behind the wheel says the car was at fault. Police are looking into it. The car sustained some pretty serious damage, but the wall, which is the exterior of a neighboring military history museum, took the brunt of the injuries.

According to The Courier newspaper:

The car wash owner said only one similar incident had occurred in the past, when another driver clipped the same wall. Police said the car sat in the wall until after midday on Sunday. The man, believed to be aged in his 60s, was unhurt.
