A car care products company in Wisconsin called Lustra plans to distribute a monthly email with tips about how to run a car wash business. In a press release, the company, based in De Pere, Wisc., says it will also publish the tips on Facebook, though it said nothing about what to expect. According to its website, Lustra “is the car wash industry’s leading provider of cleaning and protection solutions.”

Lustra Professional Car Care Products announced today its plan to support car wash operators with marketing ideas and tips throughout 2014. Lustra recognizes that marketing is often one of the many challenges that is faced by the car wash operator. To support the operator, Lustra is planning on sending a monthly email with marketing ideas for the following month giving the operator time to prepare for the promotion.
“We are excited to support the car wash operator in their marketing efforts,” said Kelly Anderson, Marketing Project Manager, “Our goal is to share ideas and tips on how to effectively promote your wash and help increase revenues.”
Lustra will begin this monthly email in January and continue throughout the year. They will also be posting tips and ideas on their Facebook page.
