Some of the best referrals come from online review sites such as Yelp, which can drive people to a new car wash or encourage new customers to try out your existing location.

But Yelp isn’t the only site whose crowd-source model helps small businesses. Business News Daily recently compiled a list of seven other sites that do the same thing, and some are platforms you’ve already heard of.

Facebook and Google, for instance, are used daily for a host of features, but also include reviews. Angie’s List is a paid service that formalizes crowd-source reviews and is a trusted brand.
